We had such a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent - friendly, helpful, and informative. They offered both English and German communication, which made everything easy for us. The spacious and sunny room was lovely, and we even had a healthy large plant in it. The hotel facilities were great, including the restaurant with amazing food and the best beer in the world. The breakfast was delicious and there was no rush at all. We also appreciated the unproblematic parking and the prompt phone-call informing us about a forgotten bag.

The instant coffee was disappointing and tasted terrible, we would prefer they offered a better variety. the decor was outdated, and the colors clashed with each other, which made the room look less cozy and less romantic.
